Gardner Minshew - Signing with Colts The Colts have agreed to terms with Minshew, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Impact Per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Minshew's one-year deal is for $3.5 million (fully guaranteed) and could be worth up to $5.5 million with incentives. The 2019 sixth-rounder joins the Colts a day after the team officially released veteran signal-caller Matt Ryan. The addition of Minshew gives Indy an option with NFL starting experience ahead of the 2023 season, but it remains to be seen how the rest of the QB depth chart will end up shaking out, with the franchise likely to continue bolstering the position, quite possibly via next month's draft.

Taven Bryan - Reaches agreement with Indianapolis Bryan agreed to a one-year, $4.5 million deal with the Colts on Wednesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Impact Bryan was a first-round pick by the Jaguars in 2018 and garnered a rotational role for Jacksonville during his first four NFL seasons. He joined the Browns ahead of the 2022 campaign and finished with 26 tackles and career highs in sacks (three) and defensive snaps (609) across 16 appearances. Bryan figures to garner a solid role operating next to DeForest Buckner along the interior of the Colts' defensive line in 2023.

Impact Dulin's 2022 season got off to a strong start as it looked like he was set to become the No. 2 or No. 3 receiver, but he then hurt his foot. He had 12 receptions for 168 yards on 18 targets over his first five games. Dulin then missed four games due to a foot injury and was barely a factor when he returned. He had just three receptions for 39 yards on four targets over his final six games. Before the injury, it looked like he was a player on the rise, but his late-season fade puts his role for 2023 in question. Still, this contract extension shows the Colts still believe in his upside, and a new head coach and quarterback can't but help improve his outlook.
